electronic means.<\/li><li data-start=\"664\" data-end=\"716\">A <strong>reminder or confirmation must be sent 6 to 48 hours before the reservation<\/strong> (unless the reservation was made inside that window), with a direct link to cancel.<\/li><li data-start=\"664\" data-end=\"716\">The <strong>fee cannot be charged in advance and credit card details may be collected<\/strong> for protection, but the charge can only be made after the scheduled time.<\/li><li data-start=\"664\" data-end=\"716\"><strong>Only the $10-per-person fee can be charged<\/strong> and no extra penalties, damages, or
