Job Description:

As a CSM at Snappy, you'll be much more than just a bridge between our clients and our technology; you'll be a pivotal advocate for our customers. Your primary mission will be to ensure that our clients – the lifeblood of the restaurant industry – maximize the benefits from our cutting-edge technology solutions. By deeply understanding their needs and goals, you'll tailor their Snappy experience, ensuring they not only achieve but exceed their desired outcomes.

Your day-to-day will involve working alongside various departments – from finance and marketing to product development – ensuring a cohesive effort towards customer success. Striking a perfect balance, you will champion both the customer's interests and Snappy's vision, fostering success for both parties.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent our customers internally, translating their feedback into actionable insights to continuously enhance Snappy's offerings.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of our merchants' experience, from hardware installation to software setup, crafting and executing strategies that drive optimal utilization of our products.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to craft deals that align perfectly with the customers' needs, focusing on both technical and strategic aspects.

  • Articulate in varying contexts, from technical explanations to strategic discussions.

Skills/Experience:

  • CSM: 1 year (required)
  • Language: English (required), Chinese (preferred)
  • Driver's License (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Supplemental Pay Types: Bonus Pay, Commission Pay
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
Ability to Commute: Markham, ON (required)
