Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Manager to join our Marketing Products Team. This role focuses on managing relationships with restaurant clients who use Snappy's website and social media products. As the Project Manager, you will oversee client interactions,coordinate internal tasks, and ensure that the marketing team operates smoothly and efficiently. Your efforts will be instrumental in streamlining processes and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for restaurant clients using website and or social media solutions
  • Understand client needs, gather requirements, and manage expectations effectively
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction throughout the client life cycle
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to delegate and prioritize tasks based on client needs
  • Maintain a clear weekly task roadmap for team members to prevent overwhelm and enhance productivity
  • Develop and refine workflows to improve efficiency within the marketing department
  • Utilize project management tools to track progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and social media specialists to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams
  • Track project milestones and client satisfaction metrics
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a B2B SaaS or marketing environment
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong client relationship management and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira)
  • Familiarity with website management, Google My Business, and social media marketing is a plus
  • Passion for technology and a keen interest in the restaurant industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
Ability to Commute: Markham, ON (required)
Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience: Marketing - 3 years (required)
