Step 1: Contact CSM (Customer Support Manager) & Request Integration
Contact your restaurant’s customer support manager via phone, email or WhatsApp and request Uber Direct integration. If you don’t know who your CSM is, please contact your business development manager to provide this information.
Step 2: Provide CSM With Details
Inform CSM about your timeline for Uber Direct Integration and confirm your business details to authenticate the integration request.
Step 3: Wait For CSM To Enable Integration & Send Confirmation
CSM will enable Uber Direct integration for your restaurant through their dashboard and will send confirmation to you once the integration is complete. This process is typically complete within the same business day of submitted request.
Step 4: Request Changes If Necessary
If you need to pause, change or cancel Uber Direct integration with Snappy, please contact your CSM and provide details for such a request.
